A street in Japan has been covered in foam. The unusual sight happened when soap bubbles oozed from the sewers in the Ginza district in Tokyo, reports Asahi News (via Kotaku). An employee inside Shiodome Hamarikyu Building admitted to pouring 40 litres of soap powder down the sink from the 13th floor. Police and firefighters were called to the scene and had to work into the night to clear the bubbles.
